Good afternoon gentlemen,I know we have prizes for first, best oldie, best woman, best junior, etc but what are the thoughts on a Vintage Australian 505 champion for boats over 20? years old?or boat + skipper +crew over 150 years old..........be all of us soon I guess.

Sounds like a good idea, particularly since we have a an older boat! Do the 505's have any divisions at the nationals? If not, this could be a good way to keep some interest amongst those at the not so pointy end of the fleet.

Hey Crazy thats a super idea!Especially those of us with "vintage" boats like mine!
I think mine was once owned by Jesus!I wish i could have done the Nats this year in the old girl but maybe next year?
Are the Nats at Hammo again next year?
But getting back to your idea about the older 20 years + boats division would be great idea and great way to promote fleet numbers in general!
most boats Up here (nth QLD) are all older generation boats and we know they are no longer competetive against the new "superboats" or supercrews for that matter!
